My Story
Like most people I have suffered heartbreak. It really affected my self esteem, and I was often caught in the hamster wheel of negative thought processes. I got stuck for a while and found it hard to move on. I told my story to anyone who listened.
As an accredited coach I have concepts and tools to make you feel empowered and move on positively. I wished I'd had this understanding and knowledge, at the time, giving me the tools to be more hopeful and forward thinking, allowing me to move on much more quickly.
I also have 30 years experience in education which compliments me as a coach as it gives me the skill set, empathy and care to support and coach families through parental struggles. Supporting parents with the tools to understand emotions and the strategies to deal with these alongside a coaching action plan , so that futures can feel positive.
