My sessions take place either in person in my office in Epsom or virtually. I use proven materials that support relationships and help you make small steps to a bigger brighter future. I offer support via WhatsApp in between sessions and give you an action plan to help you progress.

I have been in education for 30 years and bring with me a wealth of resources and strategies to support you and your family. My Divorce and Breakup qualification also means that I can give support to your whole family. Navigating these difficult times and moving forward positively.
